Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Boulders Recipe

- 1⁄2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
- ⅔ cup uncooked hulled sunflower seeds
- ⅔ cup dried cranberries or ⅔ cup raisins
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1 1⁄2 cups Cheerios toasted oat cereal
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1⁄3 cup on the spot non-fat powdered milk
- Mix the honey, peanut butter, lemon juice and powdered milk in a big bowl; combine properly.
- Add the dried cranberries, cereal and sunflower seeds; stir properly.
- Have a small bowl of water available.
- Moistening your arms as wanted, roll the cereal combination into balls.
- Set on wax paper for about half-hour (till the outsides really feel dry to the contact).
- Retailer in an hermetic container at room temperature for as much as 4 days.
