  1. Preheat the oven to 375 levels F.
  2. Mix the oats, flour, cinnamon and baking soda Beat the sugars and butter in a big bowl with a mixer till blended. Add the egg; combine properly. Regularly beat within the flour combination till properly blended. Stir within the raisins and chocolate.
  3. Drop stage tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches aside, onto baking sheets.
  4. Bake for about 9 minutes or till evenly browned. Cool on a baking sheet for about 2 minutes. Take away to wire racks; cool fully.
