CHILI LIME BREAKFAST NACHOS
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- 2 luggage Quest Chili Lime Protein Chips
- ½ avocado, chopped
- ¼ cup contemporary pico de gallo
- 1 tbsp inexperienced onion, chopped
- ¼ jalapeno, sliced
Technique
- Flip your oven to broil.
- Put together a small forged iron skillet with non-stick spray and activate low warmth.
- Whisk the eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper collectively.
- Pour the eggs into the recent skillet and use a rubber spatula to scramble.
- Take away the eggs and add a layer of Quest Chips, scrambled eggs, half the cheddar cheese, one other layer of chips and remaining cheese.
- Place the skillet within the oven for 3-4 minutes and the cheese has melted. High with pico de gallo, avocado, jalapeno and inexperienced onion. Serve instantly.
