Cake:
- ½ cup almond milk
- 3 eggs room temperature
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup zero calorie sweetener
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup 1:1 gluten free flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 scoop Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- Pinch salt
Frosting:
Technique
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and put together a 8×8 inch pan with non-stick spray.
- In a bowl, whisk collectively the milk, eggs, oil and sweetener.
- In one other bowl, sift collectively the almond flour, gluten free flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
