APPLE PIE ICE CREAM CUPS
- 2 Quest Apple Pie Bars
- 12 tbsp low calorie ice cream
- ¼ granny smith apple, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Methodology
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Unwrap the bars and place them beside one another on a chunk of parchment paper.
- Microwave for 10 seconds.
- Cowl with one other piece of parchment and use a rolling pin to roll the bars collectively till flat.
- Use a 2” cookie cutter to make 8 rounds.
- Spray a mini tart pan or mini cupcake pan with non-stick spray.
- Press the rounds into the cavities of the pan to make “cups”.
- Press any further scraps into the cups. Bake the cups for 6-7 minutes and golden. Let the cups cool utterly earlier than eradicating.
- Add the butter to small sauce pan over medium-low warmth.
