  • 400 g lentils, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 pink onion, finely diced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180* and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

  2. Chop potatoes into even “chip” sized items and place right into a container with a lid. Add the cornflour and provides a superb shake to evenly coat the chips, then unfold evenly over the baking trays. Bake within the oven for 50-60 minutes till golden, turning repeatedly.
