  • 20 (14 x 9-inch) frozen phyllo sheets, thawed (about 8 ounces)
  • 12 ounces child spinach leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 3 ounces reduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled (about ¾ cup)
  • 1 egg, calmly crushed
  • ½ cup finely chopped inexperienced onions
  • ½ cup finely chopped shallots
  • ¾ cup chopped contemporary flat-leaf parsley
  • ¼ cup chopped contemporary mint leaves
